Our goal is to help clients gain confidence, while loving the skin they're in! ~~~~~~ Booking & Cancellation We are excited to welcome you to experience our fantastic service, client care, and a professional environment. We require all appointments to be scheduled online, so you may securely place a card on file in accordance with our 12-hour cancellation policy. We make booking streamline with 24/7 access to allow booking, canceling, and rescheduling appointments online. Click "Booking" to schedule your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance to complete consent forms. You may cancel your appointment free of charge with a 12-hour notice via Online-Booking, or by clicking "Cancel" via our Text and Email reminders. No Shows/Tardiness (Late) We ask that you arrive at your appointment at least ten (10) minutes in advance, in order to fill out or update any required information or forms, so we may best serve you. Tardiness in excess of 10 minutes will incur a charge of 50% per scheduled service. In the event of insufficient funds, you will not be allowed to rebook until outstanding balances have been paid. If time permits, it is at the discretion of your service provider to provide any services that you’re late for. To avoid outstanding balances, please keep an updated card on file. Conduct We take safety seriously! The power of touch only goes one way, and always handled in a professional manner. Any sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal/physical inappropriate behavior will be considered solicitation. You will be reported to the proper authorities, and legal action will be taken. We have a zero-tolerance policy for workplace abuse. Any person who displays aggressive/abusive behavior, uses profanity, speaks above normal conversational levels to staff or other Members/Guests will be asked to leave. The individual in violation of our conduct policy, will no longer be permitted on premises and banned from booking. Minors & Additional Guests We absolutely adore kids. However, for their safety, and the courtesy of other guests, we ask that you don't bring children who are not receiving services. Childcare is not provided. Any guest or member who checks in for a scheduled service with a minor child not receiving a service will be required to reschedule their appointment, if minor is not old enough to sit in waiting area alone. We do not provide services to minors under the age of eight (8). Minors under the age of eight (8) must be accompanied by an adult and cannot enter service area alone. A parent/guardian of any child under 18 must provide written permission prior to the minor receiving service. Consent form must be signed and dated by the parent/guardian in the presence of the service provider. Minors ages 8-15 receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, while on the premises. Parent/guardian must be present in the room during minor's services. Minors ages 16-17 may receive services without parent present in the room, after consent form has been signed and completed. Identification & Privacy You may be asked to verify your identity in person, and over the phone. If a minor is receiving services, identification of parent or guardian will be required. No cell phones, video, or audio recordings are permitted in the treatment or waxing areas, for privacy reasons. No extra guests allowed in the treatment room, except parent/guardian of client receiving services. Refund & Disputes ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds or exchanges will be made for the following, including; services, packages, retail, tips/gratuity, no show, tardiness, or cancellation fees.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We require a 12 hour cancellation notice. Any appointments cancelled less than 12 hours in advance, will result in a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a "no show", there will be a 50% fee, as well.
