Deposits are 50% of services being booked, they go toward the total balance, and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are able to be rescheduled 1 time, if appointment has been canceled within the 12 hour cancellation period. Late cancellations or missed appointments, will require a new deposit to book another appointment. All appointments are to be scheduled online, so you may securely place a card on file in accordance with our deposit and late fee charge. It also gives the client the opportunity to book the best time for their schedule. We make booking streamline with 24/7 access to allow clients the feasability of scheduling. You may cancel your appointment by contacting service provider at 337-295-2521 or snatcheddbychris@gmail. com. NO SHOWS/TARDINESS (LATE FEE): We ask that you arrive for your appointment at least ten (10) minutes in advance, in order to fill out or update any required information or forms, so we may best serve you. Tardiness in excess of 10 minutes will incur a $10 late fee. In the event of no shows, insufficient funds, or blocked cards, you will not be allowed to rebook and you will be banned from future booking. If time permits, it is at the discretion of your service provider to provide any services. To avoid outstanding balances, please keep an updated card on file. CONDUCT: We take safety seriously! The power of touch only goes one way, and always handled in a professional manner. Any sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal/physical inappropriate behavior will be considered solicitation. You will be reported to the proper authorities, and legal action will be taken. We have a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for workplace abuse. Any person who displays aggressive/abusive behavior, uses profanity, speaks above normal conversational levels to staff or other Members/Guests will be asked to leave. The individual in violation of our conduct policy, will no longer be permitted on premises and banned from booking. Minors & Additional Guests We absolutely adore kids. However, for their safety, and the courtesy of other guests, we ask that you don't bring children who are not receiving services. Childcare is not provided. Any guest or member who checks in for a scheduled service with a minor child not receiving a service will be required to reschedule their appointment, if minor is not old enough to sit in waiting area alone. Identification & Privacy You may be asked to verify your identity in person, and over the phone. No cell phones, video, or audio recordings are permitted in the treatment or waxing areas, for privacy reasons. No extra guests allowed in the treatment room, except parent/guardian of client receiving services. Refund & Disputes ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds or exchanges will be made for the following, including; deposits, services, packages, retail, tips/gratuity, no show, tardiness, or cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 12 hour cancellation notice. Any appointments canceled less than 12 hours in advance, will result in forfeiture of deposit. Deposit can only be transferred once, when rescheduled or canceled within 12 hour period. In the event of a "no show", there will be a forfeiture of deposit, as well. If card on file is blocked from being charged, client will be banned from future booking. There is a 10 minute grace period. However, anything beyond 10 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee charge. Services will still be completed at service provider's discretion, if time permits. Otherwise, client will have to reschedule appointment, and pay new deposit!
